Life Skill Day Program for Adults with Disabilities

Brighton Launch's part-time Life Skills Program helps adults with autism and developmental disabilities strengthen independent living abilities. Students work on organization, home management, cooking, shopping, nutrition, budgeting, communication, social skills, self-advocacy, reading, writing, digital literacy, and functional numeracy. The program runs three days a week from September through June, with ongoing skills assessments from experienced Coaches.
