Arvind Kejriwal reached SC against HC's decision, challenged the decision; The High Court had justified the arrest-remand a day earlier
New Delhi. After not getting relief from the High Court in the Delhi liquor scam case, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has now approached the Supreme Court. He has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the decision of the High Court. Delhi High Court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and upheld the arrest-remand of Kejriwal in the liquor policy case. After getting a setback from the High Court, Aam Aadmi Party said that Arvind Kejriwal has now reached the Supreme Court to get relief.
